About CNMRI 2.0
Carrying Forward 40+ Years of Trusted Neurological Care
For over 40 years, CNMRI served central and southern Delaware with comprehensive neurology care. After CNMRI closed on September 30, 2025, CNMRI 2.0 was created to carry that legacy forward in Milford. The practice is led by Dr. Jay J. Dave, D.O., a board‑certified neurologist with 15 years at CNMRI and fellowship‑level expertise in neuroimaging (MRI).
We’ve kept together the people and services patients know and trust. Our core clinical staff—each with more than a decade of experience—remains on site. To ensure continuity of comprehensive care, the Delaware Sleep Disorders Center will continue providing sleep studies in our facility. We’ve also partnered with Talis Infusions to deliver infusion therapy for crucial neurological treatments, including migraine, multiple sclerosis, CIDP, myasthenia gravis, and new anti‑amyloid therapies for Alzheimer’s disease.
Our mission is simple: put patients first by treating the full spectrum of neurological conditions and providing timely, coordinated care—diagnostics, sleep medicine, infusions, and specialty evaluation—all under one roof.
CNMRI 2.0 opens to patients on October 27, 2025.
